PetAirapy offers an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee with all products. If your unit is broken, damaged or you are not satisfied for any reason, simply call or write an e-mail letting us know of your problem. We will refund or exchange your item upon return of the original item. See Refund Policy below for more details.
Refund Policy
Returns and/or exchanges will only be offered on products purchased directly from PetAirapy or www.PetAirapy.com. If you need to return or exchange a product, contact Customer Support at 630-377-0348 or toll free at 866-994-AIRE (2473). The toll free number is available 24/7. You may also e-mail PetAirapy in regards to a return or exchange at customersupport@petairapy.com in order to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Returns or exchanges will not be granted without a proper RA#.

If you wish to return your product for any reason within 30 days, please call PetAirapy Customer Service toll free at 866-994-AIRE (2473) or 630-377-0348 or e-mail to customersupport@petairapy.com with your reason for return and to obtain your RA#.

A full refund will be issued upon return of original product. Shipping and installation/removal charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5 – 7 business days after return of product for complete refund of original price of product. Refund will be processed in the same form payment was made.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product because of damage, problems in functionality of the unit or any other issue with the product itself, please contact PetAirapy Customer Support toll free at 866-994-AIRE (2473) or 630-377-0348 or e-mail to customersupport@petairapy.com with your reason for exchange and to obtain your RA#.
All exchanges must be in original condition and packaging with mailing label from PetAirapy and mailed to:
